About Us

Vobile is the leading provider of content identification and management products and services for all stakeholders in the digital content value chain. Vobile’s solutions lead the market across all platforms including mobile.

In recent years there has been an explosion of online video sharing on social networking sites facilitated by broadband and a proliferation of tablets and mobile devices. While this has created unprecedented audience reach and opportunity for low-cost distribution of content, the lack of control over the content distributed by users has increased piracy risk to content owners and has inhibited advertisers from fully embracing the channels. By improving the way people discover content, we rebuild broken content distribution channels.

Trusted Audio/Video Rights Management technology coupled with exciting new advances in Automatic Content Recognition equals new revenue opportunities for our partners.

A key to realizing the potential of online video monetization is the ability to identify content accurately in order to enforce rights and agreements, track usage, and provide a better way for users to find and consume video content. Our product offerings now include easy ways to build more effective content discovery, asset management and marketing channels.

Vobile was founded in 2005 to help deliver such a capability to all key stakeholders in the digital value chain. Headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, our global presence includes offices in China, Japan and Singapore. Our customers and partners include the world’s largest content owners, UGC sites, Cyberlockers, ISPs, advertising networks, trade organizations and analytics companies.
