Personally Identifiable Information That We Collect
Contact Request Form
By filling in the contact request form, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your real name, company, telephone number, and email address.
By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, your email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning Vobile. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of making a product purchase or use of one of Vobile’s services. You may choose not to receive additional newsletters from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each email.
Information Collected by Other Means or Media
In some situations, we may also collect personally identifiable information and other information about you through other means, directly or indirectly. For example, if you access any Vobile content, or purchase such content via your wireless carrier or through another third party, Vobile may collect information directly from you or through the third party. In each case, Vobile will apply this policy to any personally identifiable information that might be acquired.
Some services may offer support and technical assistance through customer service centers via telephone, online chat, or email. Whenever you communicate with customer service, you do so with the understanding that an operator may view and make changes to any information on file in order to provide the assistance that you need.
Non-personally Identifiable Information That We Collect
Vobile uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. that enables Vobile to monitor and analyze web traffic and to keep track of Site usage. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine use of the Site, to prepare reports on its activities and to share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads on its own advertising network. The non-personally identifiable information collected is usage data and cookies, as detailed below. You can opt-out of having your information collected by Google Analytics by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on provided by Google at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Downloading this add-on this will not affect your use of the Site.
Usage data and cookies collected
As you browse the Site, cookies are placed on your computer’s hard drive. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive for record keeping purposes.) In general, cookies can make the Web more useful by storing information about your preferences on a particular site. Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user’s computer. How We Respond to Do-Not-Track Signals
Vobile’s server currently does not recognize automated “Do Not Track” signals in browsers and does not treat visitors whose browsers send a DNT signal differently from those that do not send a DNT signal.

From time to time, Vobile may share with third parties aggregate, non-personally identifiable user information to show general demographic and preference information among users of the Site.

Vobile uses information about you to deliver the services that you request, to inform you of other services or offers in which you might be interested, and to improve and enhance our sites and services. If you provide Vobile with personally identifiable information, we will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect it from unauthorized disclosure.
If you opt in to receive email from us, you can always opt out of future marketing messages by following the directions in each message to “unsubscribe.” However, if you choose to opt out of marketing messages, we reserve the right to contact you regarding technical support, product information, and any other matter that might affect our service to you and/or any products you purchased from us or registered with us, as applicable.

Vobile does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.vobileinc.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Personally identifiable information is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by you, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and you can always request that Vobile suspend or remove the data.

You have the right, at any time, to know whether your personal information has been stored and can consult Vobile to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons.
